Enhancements

  • Import Export Tool- Automatically removes illegal characters from filenames during uploads.
  • The HTML5 standard has been implemented throughout the infoRouter interface.
  • LDAP Synchronization Tool: Various performance improvements.

  • Users can now specify column preferneces at a global level.
  • Deletion of the Form Template Library is prevented.

Changes

  • New document notification will not be sent to the subscribers if the document is unpublished.
  • Various changes to e-mail templates.
  • URL link of the unpublished documents has been removed from the notification emails.
  • Users rights granted bsed on document ownership has been restricted to current access.
  • E-mail templates have been changed; Download URL parameter has been added to HTML templates.
  • Deleting document type definitions will not be allowed if the document type is being used (assigned to documents)
  • Send to function can now be audited using the Bcc option.
  • Dropped tasks are not listed as completed tasks in task window.
  • Workflow assignment order has been changed during document upload.

Bug fixes

  • Office Add-in: Session expiry issues corrected.
  • Office Add-in: Wrong file name is shown after the document is uploaded with a valid name.
  • Office Add-in: Document properties screen is not displayed when opening a document with an XLT extension.
  • Office Add-in: When reading PowerPoint documents in archive libraries it is not possible to send document as a new document to infoRouter.
  • Office Add-in: XLT format cannot be opened from 64-bit Windows 7 via Office 2010 Excel.
  • Office Add-in: When reading Excel documents in archive libraries it is not possible to send document as a new document to infoRouter.
  • Scan Station- Auto-prompt custom property doesn't work for multiple document uploads.
  • Excel file with an XLT extension cannot be uploaded with 64 bit Office 2010.
  • While uploading a scanned TIFF image and converting it to PDF by checking the "Convert to PDF" option, it doesn't convert all of the TIFF image. Only a portion of the TIFF image is converted.
  • Document formats of some of the office documents such as POT, XLT and CSV cannot be previewed.
  • Office Add-in: Null reference exception in Outlook has been fixed.
  • Doc extension is appended to documents with RTF extensions on both 2010 and 2013.
  • Add-in: Document type is reset to generic when selecting different target location.
  • Retention periods or disposition dates are calculated incorrectly while uploading new folders to any target that has a defined retention schedule.
  • Various cosmetic issues in Chrome browsers have been resolved.
  • Database error under rare condotions may occur while starting a new step on workflows.

  • Error message is shown twice when nothing is selected during a "change document type" operation.

  • Error message contains HTML tags while adding documents to download queue.
  • Object owner keyword is displayed when changing the person to whom expiration notice will be sent to.

  • Filter tab is opened and the document type is automatically placed on the document type combo box when changing document types.
  • Document filtering- the deleted option is shown in the filters after navigating to another folder.
  • Selection of folders from category results has been prevented when setting ISO tasks to the selected results.
  • Oracle database bug when converting string to integer in public libraries has been fixed.
  • Set expiration date action has been prevented in category results when the results belong to different libraries.
  • Back button does not work when a user who does not have access to a folder wants to set a retention schedule.
  • When setting tagged version without specifying any tag the tag textbox does not appear with the tagged version selection after going back with back button.
  • Incorrect subscriptions generated when a user subscribes to new document event in a folder.
  • Office Add-in- When a user with adequate rights checks out a document, the same user can edit this document even if user's rights to the document is revoked.
  • Office Add-in- When checking out a document by searching with document id, the tool checks for the latest navigated folder's rules instead of the document's being checked out.
  • Office Add-in- While sending attachments from Outlook, wrong path is displayed instead of the latest visited path each time.
  • Office Add-in: Resolved an issue related to a missing caption for restricted custom property sets.
  • Office Add-in: Custom property is not prompted when a document is being sent to a folder that requires auto-prompt.
  • Hot Folders: .Net framework exception occurs unexpectedly on the XP machines.
  • Import Export Tool: Message logs are updated when an unauthorized access exception occurs while transferring documents.
  • Import export Tool: Refresh button causes the user to see the public libraries which even if user is not a member of those libraries
  • Import Export Tool: Modification and creation dates are not correct while uploading documents to infoRouter.
  • Scan Station: Does not upload documents to new folders when using XML Meta.
  • Scan Station: Refresh button doesn't show the changes in Libraries.
