Enhancements
- Retention and Disposition schedules now include two additional options: Create Task and Send Email. These flags allow administrators to better control tasks and email traffic when large volumes of documents need to be disposed.
- To improve performance and maintain system health, infoRouter now includes a purge queue. This queue continuously cleans up purged folders and files when disposing documents or clearing recycle bin contents.
Changes
- Retention and Disposition schedules: the disposition options upon create and upon cutoff are only available if the R&D schedule has a single disposition schedule. If a temporary retention type is selected, the only available disposition trigger will be upon retention end.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where warehouse upgrades could fail if meta files were empty or corrupted during version number updates.
- We fixed issues related to “section titles” visibilities in the form generation process. This affects screens that use hiding captions in some cases, such as the search screen and disposition schedule screen.
- Retention and disposition screen prompts and data validation changes.
- Resolved a log screen path filters wildcard issue.
- Resolved an issue where retrieving historical logs for folders did not return subfolder logs.
