Enhancements
- A new field called "Message Id" has been added to the system custom properties for emails.
- A new web service called "RegisterEmail3" has been introduced. This API method accepts Message Id information.
- The email Scanner tool now updates the Message Id field of the email custom properties.
- Outlook, a part of the infoRouter Office add-in suite, now updates the Message Id field of the email custom properties.
- Support for the between operator has been added while searching with custom properties for date and number fields.
- The license manager window now displays additional information about disabled user counts.
- The size of List Boxes has been adjusted on several screens.
- When the workflow ends, the workflow submitter receives an email.
- The workflow submitter will receive a task completion email even if the task was reassigned.
- Mime Type item list has been alphabetically ordered.
- Allowed document extensions in folder rules now cover extension aliases (html, tiff, jpeg)
- Email Scanner tool now supports TLS 1.2
- Verbiage changed in custom property definition screen.

- While creating shortcuts or associations, users can now type document or folder Id to search the in the form of D<documentId> or F<folderId> like D12133 or F12334
Bug fixes
- DownloadDocumentVersion, and DownloadDocument Web service API methods did not return any results.
- While displaying the email send date, infoRouter adds an extra time offset.
- Live-update program fails if there is already a group called 'administrators' if the customer version is earlier than 8.5.137
- While uploading a document, custom property set inheritance from the parent folder fails, if the applied custom property set has no field definition.
- Number fields in custom property-sets fields allowed only four digits in the search screen.
- Scan Station tool displays an exception window instead of displaying error to the user in some cases. (the tool now requires .Net 4.8)
- While deleting a user, If the user deletion policy requires password confirmation, the page hangs with JavaScript error.
- While deleting workflow definition user receives an error if the database type is SQL Server.
- While calling 'GetDocument' web service if the document identifier is malformed, instead of returning only a message, it also writes to the error log.
- While creating new search page or category, user cannot specify custom property-set since the release 8.6.440
- While uploading documents via drag & drop, if any error occurs the upload seems hanged instead of displaying error.
- While adding a form template from samples, if the form template has additional rendering template the rendering template does not automatically imported.
- A version author may get ‘access denied’ error when trying to access the document.
- If two shortcuts to the same document exist in a folder, subscribing the folder fails.
