Enhancements

  • A special global user group called 'User Managers' has been implemented. User managers can perform user related operations (create, delete, assign as member, reset password etc...)
  • A special global user group called 'Audit Managers' has been implemented. Audit managers can access all audit logs in the system.
  • A special global user group called 'Policy Managers' has been implemented. Policy managers can edit all library polices and can also set/edit system-level policies such as 'password and authentication polices'.
  • 'Set Document Type' and 'Change document type' are now implemented as new independent library policies. These actions were previously were coverd under the 'change document properties' policy.
  • Document type may be a specified as a prerequisite for publishing a document. This setting is implemented as a library policy.
  • Reading unpublished documents is now a different independent library policy.
  • New system log for document and folders ownership transfers. (HISTORY_OWNERS)
  • New system log for document and folder renames. (HISTORY_RENAMES)
  • New system log for document type changes. (HISTORY_DOCTYPE_CHANGES)
  • New system log for document and folder moves. (HISTORY_MOVES)
  • New system log for document and folder moves. (HISTORY_MOVES)
  • New system log for folder classification level changes like set, downgrade and diclassify (HISTORY_CLEVEL)

  • Classification can now be set for folders (previously only available for documents).
  • 'Saved By' information has been implemented for folder rules.

  • 'Delete Task' menu item has been added to the task screen.
  • Task result 'Approved' / 'Rejected' information is now color coded (red/green) in the task screen
  • Change Ownership log has been added to folder and document audit log section
  • All audit logs now include 'Folder Id' information."
  • New Web service called 'DocumentAccessAllowed' has been implemented to return whether an action can be performed on a given document.
  • New Web service called 'UnpublishDocument' has been implemented that Sets the document status to "Unpublished" state.
  • New Web service called 'RegisterEmail1' has been implemented. This allows the registering of emails to the specified path and can include keywords
  • New Web service called 'GetPublishingRequirements' has been implemented. This method returns a list of publishing requirements (for enumeration) for the specified library.
  • Keywords can now be specified in the XMLParatemer while using 'UploadDocument4' and 'UploadDocumentWithHandler3' web service methods.

Bug fixes

  • "Show Download URL" dialog may display incorrect URL in document properties page if infoRouter installed on a virtual directory
  • Task redirections do not work for users in the first step of the workflow. Redirections in all subsequent steps work as expected. This has been fixed in this release.
