SYMPTOMS:

infoRouter fails to access the files under a folder called IRMessages. This folder is located in the infoRouter application directory and contains string resources required to function as a multi-language application.

RESOLUTION:

Make sure that the application path includes a folder called IRMessages and this folder contains language specific files.

Permission Issues

Make sure that the ASPNET account, the NETWORK SERVICE account or the Impersonated User account has Full Control permissions to this folder and the files in it.
