SYMPTOMS:

infoRouter fails to access the files under a folder called IRMessages. This folder is located in the infoRouter application directory and contains string resources required to function as a multi-language application.

RESOLUTION:

Permission Issues

Make sure that the ASPNET, NETWORK SERVICE or the Impersonated User account has Full Control permissions to this folder and the files in it.

Corrupted Resource Files:

If you edited or customized these files, you may have corrupted them. Back up your edited version and run the Live Update utility. The Live Update will automatically detect the change and overwrite the edited versions with the original copies. If you trying to implement a currently non-supported language, please contact infoRouter support and we will gladly guide you through the process.
