SYMPTOMS:

infoRouter portal names must meet the conditions below.

• Cannot be empty
• May include only English characters such as A-Z a-z 0-9 _ - and a space character
• Must be 1 to 30 character length

In version 8.5 of infoRouter we restricted the allowable character set due to increased security. You may be getting this error because you created this portal prior to the implementation of increased security.

RESOLUTION:

Edit the portal name ensuring compliance with the restrictions above.

If the portal already exist in you system, change the portal directory name located in infoRouter application directory / portals folder. If you have made the default portal for users, please make sure to change the portal name in user profiles.
