Licensed user count is exceeded message is displayed when attempting to login to infoRouter.
This could happen if you attempt to add user records directly to the database and exceed your licensed user count.
Another reason may be, using the wrong license key. If you use an earlier license key that allows for lesser number of users, you are likely to get this message.
If you added users directly to the infoRouter database, delete those rows.
If you used an earlier license key that allowed a lesser number of users, locate your new license key or contact infoRouter Support.
Contact infoRouter Sales to purchase additional user licenses.
Delete or disable users to make room for new users. Note: Deleting users will cause minor audit data (view logs, subscriptions etc.) to be lost. So it is a good idea to transfer ownership of documents and folders prioir to deletion of users.
