infoRouter uses warehouse paths to store document contents and other meta files.
This error condition occurs when infoRouter cannot access either a portion of or the entire warehouse directory.
This could be a simple permissions issue
A portion of or the entire warehouse directory has been deleted
The disk that the warehouse is on is corrupted
The warehousepaths.xml file points to a different warehouse path
A restore has been performed and the warehouse and the database are out of synch.
Make sure that the warehouse configuration file points to the correct warehouse paths.
If a restore has been performed, the warehouse and the database match.
Check to see if the document id (look at the error details) actually exists in the warehouse path.
